**Position:- Core Java Developer E-Trading****Location:- Guadalajara, MX****Duration:- FTE****Primary Responsibilities**:- Design & development of firm’s proprietary, high performance FI E-Trading platform encompassing fixed income all products (Credits/Rates)- Understand RUN, Axes, RFQs workflow for Dealer to Client markets such as **MarketAxess, TradeWeb, Bloomberg**.- Drive implementation and design with emphasis on high availability, scalability and reusability- Work with other Fixed Income front office team lead to promote framework reusability across all business- Champion best practice software development life cycle with emphasis in test driven coding methodology- Balance time to market (client delivery) with proper governance, compliance and audit mandates- Mentor junior developer**Education**BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related**Required Background**:- 5+ years of financial service experience- Able to communicate effectively with the desk.- Strong design, coding, testing and debugging skills- **Strong experience in front office trading system with emphasis in E-Trading**:- Programming Languages - **Java (10+ years), C#, Javascript a plus.**:- Must have general Fixed Income Pricing and Analytic knowledge- Must have strong multithreaded programming experience- Must have knowledge of Client Markets MarketAxess, Bloomberg, TradeWeb- Must have knowledge of Credit Buy-Side/Sell-Side market structure- Knowledge of FIX protocol a plus- Knowledge of ION or Broadway API a plus- Knowledge of KDB/Q a plus**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-timePart-time hours: 40 per week**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Java Developer: 1 year (required)- E-Trading: 1 year (required)- MarketAxess, TradeWeb, Bloomberg: 1 year (required)Work Location: On the road
