Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this roleis responsible fordriving predictable delivery of the product roadmap through strong planning, prioritization, and execution—while continuously improving how Product and Engineeringoperateat scale. You will lead a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Design leadership. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on operational leadership:establishingclear governance, championing Agile best practices, improving delivery transparency, and proactively managing risks and dependencies across web and mobile platforms. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned leader who thrives in fast-paced SaaS environments, influences without authority, and brings rigor, clarity, and accountability to product delivery. What You’ll Be Doing Own the end-to-end execution of the R&D roadmap—from planning and prioritization through release and post-launch follow-through Lead a portfolio of programs, partnering with Engineering leadership on capacity planning, sequencing, and tradeoff decisions Establish and evolve product operations practices, including planning cadences, delivery metrics, and executive-level reporting Champion Agile at scale, adapting frameworks to fit team needs while driving continuous improvement Provide clear visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies; proactively surface issues and recommend paths forward Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners around shared goals and outcomes Shape and scale the PMO function, introducing tools, processes, and governance that support growth What You Bring: 12+ years of experience in technical program or project management, including ownership of large, cross-functional initiatives Strong understanding ofSDLC / PDLCfor modern SaaS, web, and mobile products Proven experience driving delivery inSaaS product organizations Deep knowledge ofAgile methodologies(Scrum, Kanban) and applying them effectively at scale Experience with capacity planning, delivery metrics, and operational reporting (e.g., velocity, throughput, dependencies) Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and align teams without direct authority Hands-on experience withJira(dashboards, reporting, JQL) Experience building or leading a PMO function preferred PMP, CSM,SAFe, or similar certifications a plus Perks & Benefits We Offer: Join us in our prime office space in the heart of Mexico City's Reforma area; Our hybrid teams unite top talent from Mexico, the US, and beyond, offering flexibility and collaboration Enjoy our comprehensive benefits with excellent private medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage for you and your family Focus on your well-being through our wellness reimbursement program and company-wide wellness days (extra days off to rest and recharge) Take advantage of extra perks and benefits, including a savings fund, monthlyteleworking allowance, grocery vouchers, and travel insurance In addition to the minimum days off required by law, our Flexible Time Off programgives you extra time to enjoy the things you love Join a mission-driven team committed to making a real impact in the world of healthcare #J-18808-Ljbffr
