Bombardier has been successful in setting the highest standards because we are a people-centric business that fosters passion, diversity and authenticity.Prioritizing employee growth and development, we empower everyone to reach their full potential on their own terms.**Our Benefits**:With our employees’ well-being top of mind, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, which includes the following:- Insurance plans (_Medical, life insurance, and more_)- Employee Assistance Program- Competitive base salary**What are your contributions to the team?**:- Drive adherence to Budget/Forecast on inventory, unit cost, headcount and overhead spend, explaining any variations and pushing actions with Business Unit to return to plan.- Support inventory counts and accuracy plus projects and action plans to return to plan.- Work closely with contacts in business unit to build and maintain strong working relationships- Support day-to-day financial processes for your Business Unit(s) and assist them with financial acumen and understanding.- Provide visibility of risk and opportunities to improve planning predictability (weekly PAP process).- Lead process in your Business Unit(s) for Budget/Forecast/Strategic Plan, linking and communicating well with Finance teams in Mexico and Canada.- Review and support optimal labour ratios to deliver better efficient use of resources.- Drive improved quality, including ensuring the accuracy actual results vs Budget/Forecast.- Support preparation of financial assumptions on new strategic projects, business cases and quotes.- Ensure the correct accounting and accuracy during the month end process.- Develop contingency plans and action plans with the business.- Ensure all Bombardier policies, procedures and controls are respected. Implement new processes and rules as required.**How to thrive in this role?**:- You have 2-5 years of experience within Finance in an Aerospace or Automotive Manufacturing environment.- You have a professional degree in Finance, Accounting or Business- You speak English and Spanish (medium to high fluency).
