**Position**:Business Operations AssociateArrow Electronics is looking for a Business Operations Associate to join our team in Guadalajara**What You'll Be Doing**:- This position performs a variety of clerical duties around the operations of a branch, department or warehouse facility.- Compiling and distributing standard reports for inventory, freight, handling, past due invoices, billing, etc.- Additional duties can include phone coverage, mail sorting and distribution, mailing product samples.- May also cover for other support positions.**What We're Looking For**:- Typically requires 1-2 years of experience.- Capability to learn basic skills and perform routine tasks.- Ability to work independently and establish effective work relationships.- Strong attention to detail and enjoys following established procedures.- Strong analytical skills and problem solving.- Ability to communicate fluently in English.**Work Arrangement**:- Fully In Office: Monday-Friday**What's In It For You**:At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
