Job Title: Senior Desktop Support Engineer/SpecialistJob Summary:Key Responsibilities:1. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues: Provide timely and effective support for hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.2. Desktop and laptop management: Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, including imaging, patch management, and software updates.4. Asset management: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including hardware and software inventory.5. Process improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.6. Collaboration: Work with other IT teams, such as network and server teams, to resolve complex technical issues.7. Documentation: Maintain documentation of technical procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.**Requirements**:1. 7+ years of experience in desktop support, technical support, or a related field.3. Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.4. Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.5. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or equivalent, are desirable.Nice to Have:1. Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools, such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or BMC Helix.2. Knowledge of scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Python, or batch scripting.3.
