The Cross Carline and Project Engineering Team is a critical part of the vehicle development with responsibly to ensure overall program level feasibility and target setting. Working with cross-functional leadership, the CCL Planning Manager is responsible for the achievement of **_project timing, labor and investment objectives of the vehicle_**.**Job responsibilities include but not limited to**:- Implements and coordinates the general and detailed (by phase) scheduling of the project /programto ensure timing consistency in execution- Ensures that labor, validation, and prototype financial targets are achieved- Create / manage bulletins and bulletin responses- Manages vehicle build plan and delivery to support vehicle validation requirements- Manages the commercial launch plan (volumes and dates) with the brand(s), the plant(s) and the chasing department**Requirements**:**Basic Qualifications**:- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited or equivalent program 8 years of engineering experience- Experience in team leadership and cross-functional coordination- Experience and understanding of the vehicle cost process (SCIE / VCE)- Program lifecycle experience- Experience in resident/quality engineering a plus- Very strong presentational / communication skills- Strong ability to manage and direct budget matters- Strong time management skills**Preferred Qualifications**:- Master of Science or Master of Business from an ABET accredited university- Leadership experience and training- Experience in various BICEEP disciplines
