Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Guadalajara North.Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Supervisor’s role involves:What a typical day looks like:- Responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.- Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.- Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.- Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.- Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.- Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse.- Be able to make concrete decisions.- Have had staff in charge (be impartial) analyze each situation providing support and adhering to regulations.- Extensive knowledge of how to resolve discrepancies (receipt VS system)- Ability to negotiate financial accounts (present evidence) zero impact.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree.- Responsible for ordering necessary equipment.- Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.- Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat, and safe manner.- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Pantry vouchers- Saving Fund- Christmas bonus- Holiday bonus- Medical Insurance- Life InsuranceHS115Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
