Developing product knowledge and identifying areas for further specialization.- 24/7 on call coverage on rotation may be required.- Assists support analysts and serves as a resource for others as needed.Basic Qualifications:- Experience working in a customer support role with proficient English speaking skills.- Experience analyzing data to resolve diverse functional issues.- Writing and editing skills which enable you to provide oral and written communication that articulates functional product ideas.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in Finance or IT Support.- Location: Hybrid role (3 days in Mexico City office, 2 days remote work)- About InforInfor is a global leader in business cloud software products for companies in industry specific markets.
