**Job Description Summary**: The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for establishing software and automation requirements, management of software related complaints for BD MMS Infusion. The Senior Software Engineer will develop failure investigation reports pertaining to software related issues, and will be responsible for routing and approval of the reports. The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for leading resolution of problems and remediation of internal and external inspection/audit observations relating to product software and interoperability programs.P3-11640General Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for being the primary quality representative for BD MMS Infusion Post Market Quality product software and interoperability enhancements - this includes optimization software development processes for existing and new product development as well as sustaining efforts.Responsible for creation, review and/or approval of failure investigation reports. Responsible for escalation of product software issues to operational stakeholders.Responsible for managing local Designated Complaint Handling Unit processes pertaining to connecting corrective actions and issue tracking into individual software complaints.Drive continuous improvement efforts, through facilitating, leading, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Specific Roles and ResponsibilitiesReport status of software projects to designated functional leaders according to established frequencies. Work closely with project team members to ensure software enhancement deliverables are met.Works together with other Quality and Software Engineers to ensure effective administration of Post Market Quality software complaint handling.Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies and international standards.Work closely with other Software Engineers to ensure effective validation of user needs.Ensure that validation and project files are complete and auditable.**Required Skills**:Optional Skills**Primary Work Location**: MEX Tijuana - Parque Sur**Additional Locations**:**Work Shift**:
