Make It With Pride.****How you will contribute**You will:- Co-ordinate implementation of all HSE programs and processes. Prepare and build consensus annual plans for facility/function wide HSE initiatives- Plan/Budget/Control annual capital budget for HSE to enable execution of the HSE plan and adherence to all internal and external compliance standards- Provide HSE expertise for the facility/function for all new projects and change management activities- Ensure appropriate risk assessments are conducted and follow ups implemented to minimize or eliminate accidents, asset losses that might cause harm to one of the company’s employees, contractors, visitors- Ensure that the appropriate talent is in place through training, mentoring, and succession planning and supports development and learning capabilities of Safety specialists- Ensure the facility standards are in compliance with both Company and governmental/community regulations- Ensure training and coaching are taking place to drive a safety-perfect culture and to ensure safety standards and awareness are well understood throughout the plant organization**What you will bring**A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:- Experience as a Health, Safety and Environment Practitioner preferably within a manufacturing or commercial environment- Demonstrated experience managing a team, change management and project management- Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels- Experience with Health and Safety audit experience**Más acerca del rol**El manager de Health, Safety & Environment de la Planta de Puebla tiene como foco 3 grandes bloques;1) Es un rol Técnico en el cual se llevan proyectos de CAPEX, planeación táctica, armado de role maps de seguridad del site y de cultura.2) Por otro lado es un perfil más operativo, ejemplar y que fluya en el piso de planta con las personas siendo un "leader by example".3) El HSE Manager lleva a cabo la agenda legal, en cuanto a normas, funcionamiento legal, Normas Ambientales, Normas de salud y Normas STPS**Requerimientos**:- Profesional con experiência en mantenimiento, mejora continua, ingeniería, safety en planta.-- Persona con fuerte conocimiento en legalidad operativa en planta.-- Experiência previa en Consumer Goods.-- Experiência en seguridad de maquinaria y equipo.-- Experiência en proyectos ambientales de agua, optimización energ+etica, reducción de reciduos, etc.-- Conocimiento en la agenda de salud y servicio médico.-- Conocimientos de SAP.-- Digital enviromental.-- Habilidades de liderzgo.-- Proactividad.-- Compromiso.-- Ingles: avanzado.Rol presencial en la Planta de Puebla - MondelezNo Relocation support availableBusiness Unit SummaryMondelez México has been in the country since 1927 and currently employs 6,000 wonderful people.
