We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Analyst KYC SR**.Impact on the Business- Improve Financial Crime Compliance and other regulatory and legal requirements by working with the business and the second line stakeholders to understand and manage risk. Make recommendations to retain or exit relationships based on risk.- Serve as partner with the business in on-boarding and maintaining quality relationships, while mitigating regulatory and legal risk.- Serve as the CDD Utility for the US, ensuring clients are reviewed and made compliant with current standards at the time of a Material Trigger Event or a scheduled Periodic Review- Effectively manage Risk in Wealth and Personal Banking while ensuring adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.Requirements- Bachelors degree in business, related field or equivalent experience desired.- Proven analytical, organizational, decision-making, communications, lateral thinking, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle escalations and balance KYC requirements with the customer experience.- Knowledge of pertinent Company products, services, processes, operations, regulations and systems impacting WPB.- Self-motivated, dependable and able to meet deadlines.- Strong organizational and analytical skills.- Knowledge of the WPB Customer Due Diligence Procedures preferred.- Working knowledge of computer software; Word, Excel, Microsoft, Power Point, Access Databases, Teams preferred.You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.At HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member.
