Which is why we foster a culture of inclusion and belonging where all perspectives, abilities and experiences are valued and our people can reach their potential.At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong.Product Manager Stelara - CDMX- Assists with the management of daily Product Management operations under limited supervision.- Conducts complex analyses on consumer behavior, product performance, and market trends to improve the product strategy.- Researches and evaluates new Product Management techniques and implements enhancements to existing processes and protocol.- Delivers presentations to illustrate progress on product developments, launches, and roadmaps.- Utilizes predictive analytical tools to forecast product performance in the market.- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.**Qualifications - External**- Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, Administration or Business.- Experience of 2 to 5 years as a Product Manager in pharmaceutical (high specialty mandatory)- Ability to lead conversations with internal and external stakeholders, project monitoring.- Storytelling- Numerical analysis of the market, forecasting to generate strategies.- Advanced English.- Travel availability: 25%- Have a valid driving license.
