Bachelors Degree holder of any course, open to undergraduate with experience in the same field of job With experience in supervising staff for at least 1 year Willing to work onsite Can start working ASAP is a big advantage This is not “complaint line” this is more on order management and managing staff What are the duties of the job? Train and oversee team members Guide customer on how to place an order Answer inquiries about logistics rate, timeline and shipping Answer customers via email, Chat and phone calls Use Tagalog and English based on Customer preferences Update customers regarding their ongoing orders Provide information of the requirements when using the service Double check if customer requirements are compliant with PEZA How is the recruitment process?
