Position: BookkeeperLocation: Polanco Mexico cityEmployment Type: Full-timeWork Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PMSalary and Benefits: Competitive salaryWe are a leading real estate property management company specializing in short-term / Long terms rentals, corporate housing, and long-term apartment rentals. Our portfolio includes properties in New York & Mexico City.Job Summary:Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple properties- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies- Assist in preparing and filing tax documents- Collaborate with property managers to ensure accurate financial tracking- Handle month-end and year-end closing processes- Manage payroll and employee expense reports- Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members regarding financial matters**Requirements**:- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in property management / real estate- At least three years of bookkeeping experience in real estate property management- Proficiency in QuickBooks with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal- Highly organized with strong attention to detail- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)**Benefits**:- Competitive salary based on experience- Paid time off and holidays- Professional development opportunities- Friendly and collaborative work environmentTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Diurno- Lunes a viernesPregunta(s) de postulación:- United state tax filing experienceExperiência:- Property Management: 3 años (Obligatorio)- Bookkeeping: 3 años (Obligatorio)- QuickBooks: 3 años (Obligatorio)- United state tax filing experience: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- English (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
