Description DescripciónEn AXEN IT Consulting estamos creciendo exponencialmente con clientes y grandes proyecciones de crecimiento, Contamos con más de 25 años de experiência en el mercado de servicios de tecnologías de la información, Enfocados en nuestro crecimiento y al mismo tiempo ofreciendo planes de mejora a nuestro talento, Actualmente estamos buscando "US AMS Support Coordinator " con el siguiente perfil:7+years in IT Support Role4+years in AMS related roleBachelor Degree preferred**Responsibilities**:Projects Manage - Identify, prioritize, and manage local and global AMS initiatives based on business priorities and requirements. Ensure proper M2S processes are followed, and that post-project support is adequate.Regional Feedback Collection - Meet regularly with regional business leaders to capture key feedback and concerns. Meet with Regional P&IT Project Team to coordinate support.Provide AMS Support Quality Assurance- Meet regularly with AMS support leaders to discuss KPIs, SLAs, and other metrics to ensure high performance of support teams. Identify and eliminate AMS Support gaps centered on Backlog, Capacity, Problem, and Major Incident Management processes.Application Standards and Support Team deliverables - Coordinate closely with Application Standards and Support Team to prioritize Regional Requests and Enhancements using the Global Demand Management Process.
