You are going to be part of a Global team.**What You'll Be Doing**:- Responsible for gathering business requirements and ensuring that IT projects align with the goals and needs of the business. Conducting testing to ensure that the systems work as expected, preparing test scripts, and creating user manuals.- Provide Support to users experiencing IT incidents, investigate and document properly.- Provide support for maintenance and upgrades.- Monitors job errors, works together with our vendors to investigate the root cause and recommend solutions.- Monitors internal environment to ensure systems are designed and operate with an appropriate level of internal controls.- Focus on continuous improvements and process automations.- Compliance with Security requirements.- Comply audit request.
