Desde la contratación hasta la separación, el People Partner trabaja para garantizar un ciclo de vida laboral fluido y satisfactorio para los empleados, al tiempo que impulsa una cultura organizacional positiva y orientada al rendimiento.**Responsabilidades del puesto**:- Supervisar y apoyar todas las etapas del ciclo de vida del empleado, desde la contratación hasta la separación, asegurando una experiência positiva y un desarrollo continuo.- Facilitar la resolución de conflictos laborales, brindar apoyo en la gestión del desempeño y proporcionar retroalimentación constructiva a empleados y líderes.- Utilizar datos y métricas para identificar tendencias, problemas y oportunidades, y proponer soluciones basadas en evidencia para mejorar la efectividad organizacional y la satisfacción de los empleados.- Facilitar el cambio organizacional y promover una cultura empresarial positiva mediante la implementación de programas y políticas que fomenten la diversidad, la equidad, la inclusión y el bienestar de los empleados.- Brindar asesoramiento y orientación a los gerentes y empleados sobre políticas, procedimientos y asuntos relacionados con recursos humanos, como desarrollo profesional, resolución de conflictos, desempeño laboral y desarrollo organizacional.- Facilitar la comunicación efectiva entre los empleados y la alta dirección, así como entre diferentes equipos dentro de la organización.**PERFIL DEL PUESTO**- Experiência previa en recursos humanos, preferiblemente en roles de consultoría o colaboración con la alta dirección.- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita.- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.- Conocimiento sólido de las leyes laborales y normativas de recursos humanos.- Excelentes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos.**Escolaridad**:Mínimo bachillerato (indispensable)Licenciaturas en Psicología, Administración o afines.
