At Olympus, we help make people’s lives healthier, safer and more fulfilling, every day.**_Let’s inspire healthier lives, together._**Supply & Demand Planner has the purpose to implement, execute & follow-up all activities related to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.This position is a link between Commercial needs & Operations execution, as he/she will analyse & agree sales forecast and stock levels with BU Managers according statistical suggestions, tenders, commercial strategy, phase-in phase-out & regulatory processes.**Job Duties**:- **Demand Activities**:- Elaborate with commercial teams a Consensus Forecast- Analyse all portfolio per item & define an ABC per BU- Elaborate a stock policy according to high runners & slow movers to meet Inventory budget- Valuate forecast & ensure it is tied with Sales expectations- Calculate Forecast Accuracy and analyse main deviations & establish a correction plan- Document and elaborate procedures for his/her area activities- **Supply Activities**:- Place Purchase Orders (PO) on time, according to supplier lead-time- Follow-up activities from PO allocation until material is available to invoice in local warehouse- Ensure levels of stock are on target for all Make to stock (MTS) materials- Communicate with Import & Logistics priorities to accelerate availability- Handle relationship with suppliers and evaluate their performance**Job Requirements**:- Education / Training*:_- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer / Administration (preferable, not necessary if already has experience in this area)- Experience*:_- 0-1 years in Demand & Supply Planning- Skills:_- Negotiation skills- Accountability- Clear communication skills- Must be detail oriented with excellent follow up skills**_We realize work isn’t just a job to you._**It’s a big part of your life, but not the only part.
