**PC&L Regional Sr. Manager****Position Summary**:***We are looking for an PC&L Regional Sr Manager. This position is responsible of the manage the****entire region (multiple plants) on all PC&L Metrics, P&L, Inventory levels and flow, Supplier and****Customer Management, Process and Controls Execution.**:***Your Role**:- Customer OTD, Inventory & DIO, Regular and Premium Freight, Inventory Adjustments,E&O- Assure Planning Volume / Mix execution at plants region plant- Management of FG critical packages (Recovery plans- Management Raw Material Ordering Process / Supplier escalations- Coordination and execution on quarter and annual physical inventories- Standardization with plants Lessons learned and Best Practices- Coordination and execution of New Launches - Raw Material / Finished Goods**Your Background**:- Strong and Progressive Leadership- Supplier and Customer Negotiation- Solid Financial Skills - P&L Approach- Analytic / Data Driven- Winning Mindset - Operations / Finance- Team Player- Office (Excel/Power point)- English (Fluent)- Bachelor Degree (Engineering)- Multi-plant experience- Nice to haves (preferred qualifications)- SAP Basics / or any other ERP- APICS**Traits we seek**:- Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn continuously, clearly establish expectations and hold others accountable for achieving results, as well as developing and executing strategic plans.- Embrace resilience - seeing every challenge as a learning opportunity and invitation to grow.- People willing to share knowledge and experience with others in a commitment to make a group growth bringing balance to it instead of weighting in one directionAptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
