If so, the Amazon Music Creative Operations team is looking for a talented, passionate Creative Operations Manager with a track record of strategic program delivery, cross‑functional collaboration, and process improvement. Responsibilities Support creative team capacity planning across campaigns and creative needs Help maintain creative brief templates and intake processes Track creative production timelines Support Creative Directors in workflow management Assist in coordination between internal teams and external partners Help track creative production costs and budget Support implementation of content development workflows Maintain process documentation and knowledge repositories Help identify opportunities for workflow improvements Follow and promote best practices in creative operations Support creative production workflows for marketing campaigns Help maintain creative review and approval processes Track creative versions and marketing asset iterations Assist in creative resource allocation Build relationships with creative and marketing partners About The Team The Creative Operations team is embedded within the overall Design & Creative Ops organization, striving for operational excellence across all business verticals within Amazon Music. We establish end‑to‑end workflows and SOPs for creative collaboration with marketing, product, and partner design teams, earn trust with partners, bias for action, and use sound judgment in ambiguous situations. We also play a key role in high‑level reporting, defining and tracking key performance metrics, and maintaining comprehensive documentation on our operational processes and best practices. Creative Ops partners closely with Brand Creative and Brand Strategy to launch bar‑raising campaigns, events, livestreams, features, and promotions. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of project management experience Experience and understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time Experience in English‑language communication skills, both written and verbal 1+ year of experience in creative production, program coordination, or similar role Basic knowledge of marketing channels and asset requirements Understanding of brand guidelines Preferred Qualifications Experience in multicultural communication Familiarity with creative desktop design tools Basic knowledge of creative and marketing technology stack Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
