The main activities to be developed are corrective maintenance, preventive, installation, uninstallation and guards always seeking to fulfill the contractual commitments of TGCS customers such as service levels, response times and solution.**What you will be doing**:Your typical day as a Toshiba **Service Representative I / Mérida will **involve:- Repair of equipment on site:- Provide solution of tickets assigned by coordination area such as: equipment repair, scheduled maintenance, inventory lifting, operating system loading, opening guards, pre-opening, special events, loss damage assessment, equipment installation, removal and relocation, information retrieval, visits in conjunction with client support and additional activities, that is, all those that are not specified in the contract with the client but, if requested, are supported with prior managerial authorization.- Confirm diagnosis with the second level group and request authorization of spare parts.Realizar solicitud de refacciones y coordinar la entrega- Receive spare parts and make the change to solve the ticket- Trip to report attention:- Go to the site and generate an accurate diagnosis using the assigned tools, both for hardware and software.- Training, support, system update- Return of parts:- Correctly identify damaged parts to request collection- Follow up on returned spare parts until they are unloaded from sub-inventory.- Administrative activities:- Fill out proof of service and, if applicable, additional formats or take photographic evidence, to carry out documentation in the system and be able to terminate the care.- Deliver or send proof of service and additional formats without exceeding 5 days after the closing of the activity.**Naturally To be successful in this role, you must have and know of**- Preferably 1 year experience in handling computer technology, point of sale equipment, printers, monitors, scanners, portable devices, etc. As well as you must recognize and understand the functional and operational use of SIGNAL and POWER cables of IT and in general, good knowledge of computer systems, Hardware and Software- Must be totally customer service oriented with courteous and pleasant behavior.- Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.**We offer**:- Career plan and real growth opportunities- Constant training, tutoring, online corporate courses, eLearning and more- Pleasant work environment (game room, nap area, amenities and more).- Flexible work hours and dress code- Hired directly by Toshiba and 100% under payroll- Benefits of the law (IMSS, INFONAVIT, December day voucher, vacation voucher)- Major and Minor medical expenses insurance: Life, major medical expenses with dental and visual coverage.
