We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Designer to join ourdynamic team. This role bridges creative design with project execution, playing a key partin bringing client concepts to life while ensuring projects stay on track from concept throughproduction.possesses exceptional organizational skills.**Key Responsibilities**:- Project Coordination:_- Collaborate with clients, sales, and internal departments (production, printing, logistics)to manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations.- Coordinate day-to-day project activities including scheduling, progress tracking, andfollow-ups.- Manage multiple active projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and budgetconstraints are maintained.- Communicate clearly with vendors and clients on artwork approvals, change orders, anddelivery updates.- Prepare job updates, production briefs, and internal documentation for efficient workflow.- Design Support:_- Translate client briefs into design concepts and renderings aligned with brand guidelines.- Create mock-ups, layouts, and final artwork for signage, displays, and retailenvironments using Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad, Solid Works, etc.- Work closely with the Design and Production teams to ensure feasibility of designs.- Maintain consistency and quality standards across all creative outputs.**Requirements**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Project Management or related field.- 2+ years of experience in design and/or project coordination. Experience with signage, printing or fabrication industries is a plus.- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, inDesign, familiarity with 3D rendering software is a plus.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.- Bilingual (English - Spanish) is a must.VacantesPay: $1.00 - $2.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you able to have a fluent conversation in English?- Do you have experience working with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign?**Experience**:- industrial or graphic design: 2 years (required)Work Location: In person
