We are looking for a Manufacturing Cost Specialist.Job Summary:With this opportunity at Rockwell Automation, you will become an integral member of the Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO), an incredible growing team tasked with supporting contract manufacturing of Rockwell Automation products in North America by third-party manufacturing partners. In this role you will be supporting Rockwell Automation's ability to obtain cost-effective and timely contract manufacturing services.Responsibilities and Essential Functions:- Maintain responsibility for the third-party manufacturing services quoting process including the following:- Creation of quote requests- Negotiations- Validation of quote accuracy- Quote discrepancy resolution- Maintaining an accurate quote status log- Driving improvements in the quoting process such as creating an accurate predictive cost model that can be used by our proposals team- Using data analysis to identify trends in the quoting process that can be used for data-based decision-making by management- Monitoring key performance metrics and implementing corrective actionsYou will report Regional Program ManagerBasic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management.- Legal Authorization to work in the US is required.
