With more than 50 team members, the team forms a well-linked network across a variety of locations, lifestyles, and backgrounds.**BENEFITS**:**SALARY**:800 USD to 1,200 USD (Base on experience)**COMMISSION**:5% for all revenue over base salary and n maximum limit (uncapped)**BENEFITS**:100% remote work, healthcare allowance, mobile & internet allowance, unlimited sick & vacation days, maternity/paternity**HIRING STATUS**:Contractor (Full Time) / 2 months (60 days)**About the role**:**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate appointment bookings between Medical providers and patients in English.- Recommend promotions that can help patients save money on their medical treatment.- Follow the suggested script provided to all Inside Sales Representatives.- Daily tracking and monitoring of Sales funnel, conversions, and projections.- Proactively identify systemic issues that need to be resolved to prevent future customer concerns.- Respond swiftly and courteously to customer inquiries or complaints.- Upgrade patients by recommending or cross-selling higher-value medical treatments.- Adjust sales presentation based on success/fail averages.- Coordinate with other departments (Sales managers, Marketing department).- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.- Actively listen to patients' needs and recommend the right clinic and or promotion to help patients save money and achieve their medical or dental goals.- Attend weekly 1-on-1s, team meetings, and training and coaching sessions as required.**Job Requirements**:- 3 - 5+ years of Sales experience in English (MUST)- 3 - 5 years experience in a Medical environment (Hospital/Clinic or recognized healthcare establishment)- Fluent in English (verbal and written).- High level of technical savvy & ability to learn new programs/systems.- Excellent phone skills.- Travel savvy; must have international travel experience.- Experience tracking and maintaining a sales funnel & use of CRM/CMS systems.- Impeccable written communication skills with a 40+ WPM typing ability.- Ability to work responsibly, and productively from a remote home-office environment and good time management.- Experience working with clientele of diverse ages backgrounds, experience with elderly clients is a plus.- Weekend availability is a must, according to the shift schedule (5 days on, 2 days off).- +50 hours weekly charge- Excellent overall communication skills and Powerful collaboration skills.- A proven track record of successful sales experience is preferred.- Technical familiarity & knowledge of medical procedures & terminology (must have).**Equipment Requirements**:- High-speed internet connection- Reliable computer with webcam and microphone interfacePay: $14,750.00 - $22,125.00 per week**Experience**:- Cold Calling: 2 years (required)- sales: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)
