When we fail, we look inward first and we change to become the kind of person who can achieve the success we’re chasing.**Responsibilities**:- Google Business Profiles:- Sets up, optimizes and posts updates to clients’ GBPs- On-Page Optimization:- Optimize meta descriptions, title tags, header tags, and website content for targeted keywords.- Technical SEO:- Analyze website structure, site speed, and technical issues impacting search engine crawling and indexing, proposing solutions to address technical SEO concerns.- Content:- Produce content suitable for clients websites, including: blog content, FAQs & service pages- Analytics Monitoring:- Regularly analyze website traffic data using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console to identify trends, measure SEO performance, and optimize accordingly- Competitor Analysis:- Monitor competitor sites to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead of the industry.**Qualifications**:- Minimum of 3+ years experience in SEO.- Experience with Wordpress, being able to perform on-site optimizations- Well organized & able to operate with very little supervision.- Experience working in a project management tool to complete projects & keep other team members apprised of progress.- Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides or Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint.- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines efficiently.- Excellent written & spoken English - all company communication**Company Culture**: At Bateman Collective, we pride ourselves on our dynamic and collaborative work environment.
