Our extensive network, personalized approach, and supportive guidance ensure that you're in the best hands to find your next job opportunity. _****Job Tittle: Remote **Bookkeeper and Tax Preparer **(100% Work From Home)**Objectives of this role**- File statements and returns by the established deadlines, preferably without need for revision- Monthly Reconciliation in Quickbooks Online- Transfer Quickbooks business books to Tax returns in Proconnect (may need to use adjusting journal entires).- Payroll support through Gusto- Benefits adjustments where appropriate**Responsibilities**- Review various financial documents in order to prepare tax returns and provide tax services- Task management via Taxdome (or equivalent).- Interview clients when necessary to determine the best ways of addressing their needs- Prepare continuously for major tax deadlines throughout the year**Required skills and qualifications**- Professional certification Enrolled Agent (EA) (A MUST - if you are taking the certification test and have passed level one, please apply)- Two or more years of experience in public accounting and/or tax planning and preparation for a US business- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail- Advanced knowledge of relevant software, such as Intuit QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel; Proconnect- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting or finance- Excellent English level both written and spoken- Must be located in Latin America**Salary**:- $2000 USD / month**Schedule**- Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern Time**Application Disclaimer: Please Read Before Proceeding
