Come join our team at MAHLE #StrongerTogether- The NPM Purchasing Services Buyer will play an important role with negotiations and follow up of providers, for the MAHLE Mexico plants.- Responsibilities will include the Search, Hire and Monitoring of diverse suppliers, to guarantee the Plant operations can run at their regular pace and schedules.- It must be self-motivated and be a troubleshooting person.- Your Role & Responsibilities:- Search for competitive and reliable Suppliers for the MAHLE Mexico plants.- Make strategic negotiations with suppliers around Mexico.- Create Pos and comparison charts.- Permanently monitor the performance of vendors to be able to keep a very reliable service.- Bring Savings to MAHLE Mexico plants, by choosing and selecting those competitive Service Providers, and guarantee their permanent commitment and compromise to meet MAHLE´s Standards.- Tracking of documents of the suppliers such as contracts or documents related to the government requirements.- Participate and provide project support for global projects.- Travel to MAHLE locations in North America.Your Skills & Strengths:- Bachelor’s Degree on Business Administration Human Resources or Law.- Bilingual (English/Spanish) 100%.- 1+ years in similar position (Automotive Industry).- Experience at indirect purchasing.- Negotiation skills.- Good communication and organizational skills.- Troubleshooting.- Self-motivated, customer-oriented and detail-oriented.- Knowledge of systems (SAP) is **preferred**.**Do you have any questions?**Facts about the job**Entry level**:- Experienced hires**Functional area**:- Purchasing**Location**:- Monterrey, MX**Company**:MAHLE Shared Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V.Your future at MAHLEAs a team player and someone who thinks ahead, you can deploy all your skills with us.
