**Basic Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering or related engineering degreeMinimum 5 years of relevant Engineering experienceMinimum 3 years in product engineering design, CAD, development and/or testingMinimum 1 years current design and release experience using the FCA releasing systemAbility to review drawings and package studies in CADFamiliarity with source packages, specifications, DFMEA and DVP&R through the complete product cycle (from sourcing approval to serial production)Must have experience in one or more vehicle functional areas (Body, Interior, Chassis, Exterior, Electrical, Powertrain, Restraints)Experience in problem solving Strong technical research and writing skills Ability to work in a multicultural environmentSelf-starterGoogle Suite expertiseStrong Presentation SkillsLegally eligible to work in Mexico**Preferred Qualifications**:Master's degree in Engineering or Business Experience in the full product life cycle Reactive and/or DFSS black beltPrevious High Voltage battery design and release experiencePreferred experience with HV battery packs, modules and cellsMinimum THREE (3) years CAD, CAE and/or Design Release experience at a OEM or Tier 1 supplierPreferred hands on experience working with HV batteries or other electro-mechanical assemblies**Preferred Qualifications**:Master's degree in Engineering or Business Experience in the full product life cycle Reactive and/or DFSS black beltPrevious High Voltage battery design and release experiencePreferred experience with HV battery packs, modules and cellsMinimum THREE (3) years CAD, CAE and/or Design Release experience at a OEM or Tier 1 supplierPreferred hands on experience working with HV batteries or other electro-mechanical assembliesOur benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
