Implement corrective and preventive actions to solve problems using established methodologies. Control and reduce scrap generation. Responsible for the introduction of new products and for ensuring the purchase and availability of tooling, as well as the required operational documentation.**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:Ensure efficient utilization of equipment.Meet requirements for Production, NPI (New Product Introduction), and Engineering Changes.Ensure compliance with the production plan (TVC).Lead and implement productivity improvement initiatives.Reduce and control scrap levels.Monitor and control overtime.Ensure safe operation of equipment.Coordinate tooling purchases and ensure availability.Maintain accurate documentation for operational processes.**Skills**:**Skills and Minimum Experience Required**:Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.Knowledge of:- PFMEA- 5S- Lean Manufacturing- Problem-solving methodologies (8D, A3, Root Cause Analysis tools)- Line balancing- Creation of Standard Work documentation**Other**:**Skills**:- Conversational English- Team leadership and personnel management- Problem-solving- Decision-making- Creative thinking and innovationValoramos la diversidad y somos una organización que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades.
