Resumen:Will be responsible for exploring, developing and delivering innovative solutions in alignment with the Product Delivery strategic direction and operational priorities. He/She will contribute to the next generation product design by developing a deep understanding of customer needs and translating them into functional solutions to provide safe and effective products. The Design Engineer will solve complex problems and participate in the specification, design, and test for the next generation product platform.**Responsabilidades**:1. Responsible for the overall design, engineering aspect of a projects related to NPD,2. Provide technical supervision to drafters or design engineers and other technical personnel, and responsible for the administrative duties of a small work group.3.Generate and leverage existing and new technical information or regulations related to the design and manufacturing of the product or component.4.Communicate key information and recommendations to influence technical decisions and strategy.5. Define new and existing engineering design requirements and develop specifications in accordance with manufacturing, marketing, and customer expectations and requirements.6. Identify and analyze design problems to achieve optimal solutions that satisfy cost and technical requirements using both internal and external technical resources. Formulate new, innovative approaches to solve technical problems on a consistent basis.7. Create and communicate project plans, tasks and deliverables and manage time to meet project deadlines. This includes reporting pertinent information at key milestones through clear, concise oral and written communications.8. Engage in personal and continuing program of learning in order to broaden knowledge in mechanical, thermodynamics and electrical engineering and to gain knowledge in new fields of general engineering in order to improve the individual effectiveness and to avoid technical obsolescence.Calificaciones:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or any field related to this position.- 4-5 years experience in new product development and PLM. (Product Life Management Expert).- Product Design experience 4-5 years.- Advanced English
