MedTrainer is a leading HealthTech company that develops comprehensive SaaS solutions for the healthcare industry, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), Regulatory Compliance Training, Credentialing, and workflow tools used by thousands of organizations. The Role We are seeking a results‑oriented Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy, discovery, and execution across cross‑functional teams, including Engineering, UX/UI, Compliance, and Business Operations. This highly collaborative, individual‑contributor role requires strong analytical thinking, deep customer empathy, and the ability to make strategic decisions that influence the products direction and core business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision: Define and evolve the product vision in alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify new needs and high‑value opportunities. Create clear strategies and roadmaps that connect business objectives with user value. Product Discovery: Lead continuous discovery processes, including problem validation, prototyping, user research, and iterative testing. Evaluate customer feedback and data to define high‑impact initiatives and prioritize the most viable solutions. Delivery & Execution: Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate closely with Engineering and UX/UI to ensure high‑quality, intuitive, and user‑centric technical delivery. Cross‑Functional Leadership: Serve as the central communicator, aligning stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership. Drive launch planning, product updates, and status communication, ensuring all teams are aligned on timelines, priorities, and key product decisions. Measurement & Improvement: Define and monitor success metrics to evaluate the impact of product releases. Utilize data and customer feedback to propose informed decisions and drive continuous iteration to improve product usability, performance, and engagement. Required Qualifications 5+ years of proven experience in Product Management for SaaS platforms. Strong collaboration experience with Engineering and UX/UI teams. Deep understanding of agile frameworks and the end‑to‑end product life cycle. Data‑driven approach with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (Advanced level required). Familiarity with product tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar. Preferred Qualifications Experience within the HealthTech, regulatory compliance, or other regulated industries. Success managing multi‑product or enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
