Team overview and job responsibilitiesJob responsibilities- Preparation of reports and analyses of them- Communication Meetings (own department and staff of Mgrs.)- Analyze, discuss and approve capital and routine expenditures- Assure compliance with tax and accounting laws- Prepare financial information for OPR meeting- Participate in presentations to company management- Facilitate the annual work by external auditors- Establishment of tax credit rate and over/under payment of employee income tax.- Monthly financial close- Monthly preparation of financial statements- Preparation of annual financial plan- Supervise annual physical inventory- Periodic and occasional activities as required.- Participate in company event,- Visits with customers when required- CSR activities- EHS activities- Review standard vs. actual cost - identify variances.- Review variance and results with Plant manager and corporativeWho are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in Accountant, or Financial degree4-6 years in cost accounting plus 4-6 years experience in general accounting. Experience in Mexican operations imperativeDesirable Experience in automotive industry, but not mandatoryKnowledge of US and Mexican customs and personal computer literacy required.U.S Accounting, QAD training and knowledge of QAD, Scrap ReportEfficiency calculation, Cost of Manufacture (COM)Maintenance spending Overhead Spending (Indirect Spending), Labor Rate per hour per Area Inventory Management, Annual Budget.Assist in reviewing projects and providing technical assistance as requested.Capital investment decision analysis (NPV / Cash / Payback).Cost Centers will be allocated correctly, Cycle counts audits, Annual Physically Inventory.Cost Savings projects Analysis.English 90%Monthly Reports:- Able to communicate at all levels.- Able to interpret numerical analysis in order to provide recommendations.- Think out of the box to provide solutions.- To work under pressure with a sense of urgency.- Ability to serve to other managers as a consultant- Analytical individual.- IMSS Law, Payroll, Fiscal Miscellaneous- ERP, Costing Techniques- Supply Chain- IATF 16949: 2016 (Basic)- Prysmian Group, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills and abilities, who will enhance the quality of service and contribute to the Group’s success.
