Through our investment funds, we provide not only capital but also expert advisory services to scale innovative companies to their full potential.**About the Position**We are looking for a **Senior Investment Analyst** to join our team in Guadalajara. In this role, you will be a key player in evaluating new investment opportunities and managing our current portfolio, contributing to the growth strategy of our invested companies.**Key Responsibilities**:- Work closely with founders and executive teams of portfolio companies to identify and execute strategic growth initiatives.- Evaluate new investment opportunities by conducting detailed analysis, advanced financial modeling, and due diligence.- Prepare financial presentations and reports for decision-making within the investment committee.- Monitor the financial and operational performance of portfolio companies, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields (with an outstanding academic track record).- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Venture Capital (VC), Private Equity (PE), Investment Banking (IB), or related fields, with a focus on financial analysis and investment evaluation.- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuations, and quantitative analysis.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure and tight deadlines.- Ability to influence decision-making and contribute strategic insights based on complex data analysis.**The Selection Process**Our process consists of the following stages:- Initial interview and psychometric tests.- Technical evaluation (financial modeling and analysis, in-person).- Preparation and presentation of a business case to our team.- Final interviews with our Associates and Managers.If you're ready for a challenge where your analysis and strategic vision will make a difference in the success of emerging and innovative companies, we invite you to apply.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Descuentos y precios preferenciales- Horarios flexibles- Opción a contrato indefinidoTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
