Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.**Qualifications**Basic Qualifications- 3 to 7 years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree (Masters degree is not necessary but is a plus)Preferred Qualifications- 3 or more years of relevant experience in consulting or strategic planning and related areas- Knowledge of financial services and the payments ecosystem is preferred but not necessary- Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance. Significant focus on impacting ROI- Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor- Capacity to structure complex problems, understanding the different alternatives for their solution and provide objective and actionable recommendations- Strategic and analytical thinking with a strong attention to detail that leverages multiple sources of information- Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently- Strong leadership skills to develop and guide conversations with internal and external stakeholders- Excellent written and verbal communication, story-telling and presentation skills- Team minded**Additional Information**Visa is an EEO Employer.
