Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:HR Business Partner**Your role and responsibilities****Human Resources Intern - On-site | ABB Saltillo****Location**: Saltillo, Coahuila**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. - 4:06 p.m.**Modality**: Temporary full-time internship**About the Opportunity**:Are you ready to take the first step in your HR career? In this role, you will gain valuable vocational experience through a hands-on internship in a global company. You will support ABB’s internal communication strategies and participate actively in labor relations processes, strengthening both your creative and analytical HR skills.**Key Responsibilities**:**Internal Communication & Employee Engagement**:- Support in designing and updating communication materials- Weekly content refresh for digital boards.- Assist in planning and documenting events and contests, including taking photos and promoting participation.- Manage birthday recognitions for salaried employees and support in gift coordination.- Edit and organize photos for new hires; support in uploading to internal platforms and badge printing.- Coordinate internal announcements through the official WhatsApp communication group.**Labor Relations Support**:- Daily tracking and follow-up on attendance and absenteeism records for unionized personnel.- Support in the documentation and processing of disciplinary actions, warnings, and conduct-related reports.- Assist in maintaining updated records of labor incidents in alignment with HR policies.- Collaborate with the Labor Relations team in organizing preventive communication strategies and engagement efforts to reduce absenteeism and improve work environment.- Participate in confidential handling of employee issues and ensure proper documentation flow.**Requirements**:✔ Student of Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Communications, or related field.✔ Availability for on-site work during assigned hours.✔ Strong organizational, communication, and discretion skills.✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva or design tools is a plus.✔ Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced HR environment.**Why Join Us?**At ABB, you’ll be part of a committed and inclusive HR team where your work makes a difference.
