Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IB & Affiliate Channel Manager to take full ownership of our global Introducing Broker (IB), affiliate, and partnership network—driving growth, performance, and revenue generation across emerging and established markets, particularly in APAC and LATAM. Key Responsibilities Own the IB & Partnership Channel Recruit & Onboard Partners Performance Management Cross-Department Collaboration Campaign Execution Partner Enablement Process & Compliance Oversight Process Management SaaS Channel Development Negotiate terms, payout models, and partnership agreements. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience managing IBs, affiliates, or partners in the Forex, CFD, or Crypto industries. Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading ecosystems, and partnership revenue models. Experience working with or promoting SaaS-based financial solutions is a strong plus. Proven track record of building, scaling, and optimizing partner programs. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work across departments and manage multiple stakeholders. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of affiliate platforms, CRM tools, and partner management systems. Understanding of regional market dynamics in APAC and LATAM.
