We are dedicated to satisfying the short-term cash needs of consumers who are both cash and credit constrained and providing an industry-leading customer experience.**What’s in it for you**:Ground Floor opportunity with EZCORP, a company with a start-up, purpose-driven mentality where innovative and agile problem solving are part of our DNA along with competitive compensation and benefits.Address:Ciudad de Mexico**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Maintain the fixed asset subledger including additions, disposals, transfers, and adjustments.- Monitor and review construction-in-progress (CIP) accounts and timely capitalization.- Calculate and post monthly depreciation and reconcile with the general ledger.- Ensure proper classification of capital assets.- Prepare fixed asset roll-forwards and related disclosures for internal and external reporting.- Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, AP, and Project teams to track assets and ensure compliance with capitalization policies.- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.- Analyze asset-related transactions and provide variance explanations.- Support audits by providing detailed schedules and documentation related to fixed assets.- Recommend process improvements and implement best practices for fixed asset tracking and reporting.**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.- 4-6 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years focused on fixed assets.- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and fixed asset accounting.- Experience with ERP systems (WD preferred but not required).- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.- Bilingual - English and Spanish required.- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.- Effective communication and collaboration skills.**EZCORP is an Equal Opportunity Employer
