Tienes la oportunidad de prosperar personalmente, marcar la diferencia y ser parte de una cultura donde la individualidad se nota y valora todos los días.Senior Supervisor: Job Description- Demonstrable 2 years JIT (Just in time) background is a must.- Responsible for leading, coaching, developing analysts & Team leader.- Experience in managing a team within the Finance & Accounting field is desirable.- Strong demonstrable Accounts Payable background.- Ensures customer SLA / KPI are met by overseeing operations of respective Accounting teams.- Conducts performance management (e.g., goal setting, performance evaluation, etc.)- Completes performance evaluations for assigned staff.- Ensures rigor of discipline in implementation by creating high performance work cultures built on best practices.- Handles various activities within the teams with key focus on adherence to the SLA’s & SOP’s through knowledge-based implementations for enhanced operational effectiveness.- Participates in business related discussions with the client and other internal team.- Responsible to address any client escalations.- Ability to handle and manage pressure and client deliveries.- Proposes transformation initiatives to continuously improve customer satisfaction.- Evaluates processes out of compliance, identifies root causes and enforces solutions to address non-compliant- Finance and accounting background is required.- Portuguese Language is a must.Skills / Habilities:- Portuguese and/or English desired.- High sense of urgency.- At least 1 year Finance Operations experience (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Audit, Accounting, Cadastro, Vendor Master).- Automotive industry Finance & Accounting knowledge is highly desired.- Capable of working under pressure.- Fast paced environment worker.- Logical thinking is a must.- Pro-activeness is a must.- Client Centered & Quality Focused.- Strong at Excel (highly desired).Conduent es un empleador que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades y considera solicitantes para todos los puestos sin distinción de raza, color, credo, religión, ascendencia, origen nacional, edad, identidad de género, expresión de género, sexo/género, estado civil, orientación sexual, discapacidad física o mental., condición médica, uso de un perro guía o animal de servicio, condición de militar/veterano, condición de ciudadanía, base de información genética o cualquier otro grupo protegido por la ley.Para solicitantes de EE.
