Tasks"Coordinates the Desing Validation, Product Validation, Product Requalification and Engineering Experiments execution inside and outside Qualification Laboratories.Coordinate all central activities inside QL Mexico (purchasing, calibration, audits, etc.).Recommend and prepare test plan according products characteristic to comply with customer requirements"Average budget that a Validation Engineer manage is around 500,000 EurosMaint TasksOwner of at least one internal processMaintain 5 S's culture in the departmentReports the hours required to perform a testReports the hours requiered to perform other activitiesFirst point of contact with internal customersReception of customer requirements and preparation of quotationTest readiness (ensure that all requirements are ready before the test start)Coordinate the execution of external testsOpen Test incidents reports for external testSupervise that internal labs are performing the jobs according customer requirements (dates, plan, samples, etc.)Responsible of sampling storage and handling before and after test executionExecute ISO/IEC 17025 audits according audit planSupport other departments in recomendation of requiered test for an specific validationSupport on creation of test specifications for design and product validations according to customer requirements.To comply with guidelines, policies and/or processes for environment, safety, health and administation of company's Energy**Qualifications**:**Education level**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related: (desirable Master's Degree)**Work experience**:- Experience in Electronic Industry 2 years- Language skills: English - Advanced (Interviews will be in English )- Contact with foreign customers worldwide**Knowledge**:- Problem solving methodology- New product launch- Validation test- 5S's culture- Project Management**Desirable**:- Experience in Qualification Laboratories 4 years such as Quality engineer, product testing or similar.- Have participated in at least 10 validations or have lead at least one CBS project in QL- Equipment Maintenance (TPM) electrical equipment- ISO17025About usContinental desarrolla tecnologías y servicios vanguardistas para la movilidad sostenible e interconectada de personas y bienes.
