Empresa Automotriz Ubicada en Puerto Interior Solicita:**Specialist Finance A****Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas o afín- Inglés Intermedio-Avanzado (indispensable)- Experiência mínimo 5 años en puestos similares.- Conocimiento en control de activo fijo (altas, bajas e inventarios).- **Experiência con D365 (indispensable)**:- Experiência en amortizaciones, conciliaciones bancarias, conciliación de activo.- Experiência en procesos de cierre mensual.- Experiência en conciliaciones de intercompañias- Manejo de paquetería Office**Ofrecemos**- $22,000 a $26,000 mensuales brutos.- Prestaciones de ley.- SGMM (a partir del 3er mes)- Fondo de ahorro- Vales de despensa- $ MXN apoyo mensual de combustible- Seguro de vida por 26 meses de salario**Actividades**- Detectar y dar seguimiento a situaciones de primer nível.- Dar guía y primer soporte a los assistants.- Revisar actividades operativas como primer filtro.- Comunicación con fuentes internas y externas (proveedores, clientes, bancos)- Atención a auditorías internas y externas.- Mantener la comunicación efectiva con los níveles de supervisión.- Apoyar en cualquier actividad que se requiera.**Competencias clave**:- Planeación y control- Enfoque a resultados- Trabajo en equipo- Comunicación efectiva- Tolerancia a la presión- Análisis de problemas- Seguimiento y control**Horario y Ubicación**- Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.- Puerto Interior.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $26,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Ayuda o servicio de transporte- Horarios flexibles- Seguro de vidaExperiência:- Microsoft Dynamics 365: 1 año (Obligatorio)- Inglés: 1 año (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
