Manufacturing company that makes sporting goods located in Apodaca, Nuevo León, is looking for:**Production Planner.**Will be responsible for developing and managing efficient production schedules that maximize efficiency and minimize costs, while ensuring timely delivery to customers**Reports to**: Logistics Manager.**Requirements**:- Degree.- Advanced English.- Visa and passport.- Proficiency in ERP systems.- 4 to 6 years of experience in the position.**Key responsibilities**:- Create and organize a finite production schedule to optimize production efficiency and minimize inventory levels.- Release and manage production work orders and raw material orders according to MRP, Kanban signals, and production plans.- Monitor production capacity requirements, ensuring resources are available to meet production targets.- Experience launching a new plant and assisting the engineering and IT team for system changes to ERP systems including routing, stock areas, part numbers, assembly codes and BOM (Bill of Materials).- Ensure the right parts are available for production in a timely manner, working closely with the R&D department and manufacturing engineering for accurate data setup.- Set up and manage Kanban processes, ensuring BOO (Bill of Operations) and time per operation as well as BOM consumption are set up according to production reality.- Communicate orders to the various departments that manufacture parts, ensuring timely completion.- Track overdue work orders and report any issues to management that may impact production using the ERP system's planning workbench.- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to maintain up-to-date inventory records and ensure on-time delivery.- Determine the number of auxiliary materials, packaging materials, and ingredients required based on internal stock policies.- Track production control statistics, planned downtime, and waste and cost management metrics.- Keep production schedules, forecasts, and distribution plans up to date.**Mode: On-site, Monday through Friday.**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 10 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuenta con visa y pasaporte vigentes?- ¿Cuenta con el título de su carrera?Escolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
