Multimedia UX/UI Design Storyteller

**Job Summary**:We are seeking a creative and dynamic Multimedia UX/UI Design Storyteller to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in crafting compelling visual stories via web pages, video, images and other visual collateral that resonate with our audience, helping to solidify our position as a leading Talent Acquisition authority in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. You will work closely with our content manager to enhance our digital presence through innovative video, website pages and other graphic content.**About the role**:As a Multimedia UX/UI Design Storyteller, you will support our Content Manager, who leads our content marketing initiatives aimed at driving traffic, leads, and sales. Your collaboration will produce content that not only informs but also captivates and engages our audience across various digital platforms.We expect this role to leverage AI heavily to create world class content.**Responsibilities**:- ** Video Editing**:Utilize tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro to edit and produce high-quality video content. Experience with After Effects and Motion is preferred for creating engaging animations and motion graphics.- ** Graphic Design**:Create visually appealing designs using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Incorporate branding elements into all designs to maintain consistency across all platforms.- ** Social Media Content Creation**:Develop and adapt content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Live, and YouTube, understanding the unique requirements and best practices of each.- ** AI Technology Adoption**:Stay ahead of the curve by embracing and integrating new technologies like AI into content creation.- ** Metrics Tracking**:Monitor and understand video marketing metrics to optimize and report on content performance.- ** Creative Development**:Engage in storyboarding, scripting, and concepting to ensure content is compelling and aligned with brand goals.- ** WordPress Proficiency**:Build and manage content using WordPress and various WordPress builders, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.**Required Skills and Qualifications**:- Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).- Experience with motion graphics tools (Adobe After Effects, Motion).- AI tools, must be already fully adopted in current activities and be continually master the latest and greatest AI tools- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.- Proven ability to storyboard, script, and develop concepts.- Strong understanding of composition, visual storytelling, and branding.- Detail-oriented with an ability to identify and resolve quality issues in audio and video.- Experience with social media video content creation and an understanding of video hosting platforms.- Ability to operate and maintain a variety of production equipment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable receiving and giving feedback.- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.- Familiarity with WordPress and experience using WordPress builders to craft engaging digital content.- Commitment to making the digital experience for prospective customers feel like magic through amazing UX/UI fewest clicks philosophy**Desired Qualities**:- A natural storyteller with a knack for visual communication.- Flawless user experience is non negotiable.- Comfortable interacting with and interviewing company personnel and on-camera talent.- Energetic, enthusiastic, and capable of inspiring others to participate in video projects.- Lifelong learner eager to stay current with industry trends and technologies.**Preferred Education**:- A degree in Film, Media Production, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
