**Position**:Equipment Maintenance TechnicianArrow Electronics is looking for an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team in Guadalajara This position will work the second shift (Monday-Saturday 2:00pm-9:30pm).**What You'll Be Doing**- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of warehouse and production center equipment.- Demonstrates basic competency in at least two specialty areas. Depending on facility, specialties include basic machining, welding, carpentry, etc. Understands the basic safety principles of all pieces of equipment.- Takes direction from supervisor and level 2 technician in terms of prioritization. Escalates issues beyond scope of expertise to level 2 tech or tech supervisor.- Able to deal with all levels of staff, including verbal interactions with peer technicians, production operators, warehouse associates, crew leads and supervisors, technician supervisors.- Able to complete basic problem-solving tasks.
