The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of a program portfolio for the assigned region. This is a key role in the successful production of the core business. She or He works closely with our supplier, vendor, and internal team members procuring and fulfilling the program itineraries, communicating with internal and external stakeholders maintaining the delivery schedule for each project taking into consideration dependencies and restrictions within an allocated budget. A problem-solving mindset with a “can-do” attitude is required.**Requirements**:- Fluent English- Detailed oriented- Bachelor degree- Demonstrates leadership, knowledge, skills, and ability in travel-related Operations. Participates in the overall planning, development, and success of the projects in assigned regions or destination(s). Takes all necessary and approved actions to achieve both short and long-term goals and objectives.- Cooperates with Management of Contracting and Operations and facilitates administration works- Coordinate initiatives to improve workflow and coordination- Maintaining regular contact with our suppliers.- Quality control of services for all lines of business within the assigned region.- Plan tour itineraries within the region, checking for feasibility and logistics.- Mentoring and task assignment to the Junior team members.- Helps develop new initiatives and drive cost savings during review in the closing phase.
