No Relocation Assistance Offered - San Jose Iturbide, Guanajuato, Mexico**Purpose of the position**:Effectively manage activities and maintenance personnel for a specific area, looking after its development, business needs and serving the operation as the main client.**Responsabilitites and knowledge**:- Water treatment process by ion exchange.- Statistical analysis of processes.- International regulations regarding the treatment and use of water (FDA requirements)- National regulations NOM 127 / NOM 241 / NOM 179 (Quality control for water systems and good manufacturing practices)- Cleaning and disinfection processes for pharmaceutical systems.- Command of the spoken and written English language (85-90%).- Familiar with quality systems and audits (Internal, External, Regulatory)- Knowledge of microbiology concepts for water (MSI / MPI / Alert levels / Action levels / Microbiology vulnerability assessments in water).- Knowledge of validation systems for DQ/IO/OQ/PQs water processes.- Maintenance to ion exchange units: Cations, Anions.- Generation, operation and maintenance of ozone generating systems.**Main activities**:- Create corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance activities for equipment in the General Services area.- Plan and coordinate maintenance programs on holidays.- Purchasing leader by symbol and one shot.- Generate monthly report of Energy and KPIs.- Update of procedures in DMS corresponding to the water and destruction system.- FP&R Leader- Personnel Incident Managers- Leader of sensitive payments such as CFE, Related Services, Electricity, Gas and the CRE.- Follow-up to initiatives of new CEB / MYR projects.**Leader of the Water system**- Follow-up to weekly meetings- Guarantee the operation of the water plant.- Review of projects, improvements and modifications of the entire water system (wells, cistern, drinking water system, demineralization and softening processes, ozone, regeneration system, storage and distribution of DI & Softened water.- Follow up and close quality findings.- Compliance with the documentation standard.- Generate monthly reports of:- Production softened water & DI- salt intake- acid consumption- wells- Physicochemical analysis- Quality monthly presentations and steering committee.- Follow-up to C&S standard- NALCO project coordinator- Attention to Cofepris / Mock FDA / Internal / Corporate audits.**Education and experience**:- Electrical engineering, mechatronics or related field- 2- 3 years of experience in similar activities.- Statistical process control.- English Language Domain by 80%.Equal Opportunity EmployerColgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.Colgate-Palmolive is a leading global consumer products company, tightly focused on Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care and Pet Nutrition.
