At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.Now we are looking for this position:**Responsibilities**:**Financial Controller Manager****Main Purpose**This position is responsible for maintaining and developing controls, processes and activities that guarantee compliance with Tax, Legal, Financial Reporting and Accounting guidelines and policies.Managing relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. Shared Service Center (SSC), ESBO, Internal Control etc) to improve existing processes; Monitor and anticipate capacity growth requirements to serve MBS; And optimize cost per service received is an essential part of the role.This position will also lead initiatives to improve our accounting and reporting structure working with Sector and OU SME’s to standardize billing systems, improve HFM Reporting, and address changes in Operating needs and Tax / Legal regulations that have an impact on our accounting and reporting processes.This position will partner and influence Senior level of stakeholders across all the organization on accounting, financial reporting, and control activities**Accountabilities** / Responsibilities**- _Oversee accounting activities related to our monthly close to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, working with MBS team and other internal stakeholders to remove obstacles, anticipate needs for timely month end close._- _ Key point-person for Legal, Local Tax, Corporate Tax and other management areas to resolve situations that may have an impact on financial statements_- _ Partners with SSC, HR Ops and other internal stakeholders to monitor and develop SLAs, Installed capacity and Cost of Services performed for MBS. Leads Continuous Improvement initiatives to achieve Productivity targets and leverage volume growth._- _ Develops cost allocation models that comply with Transfer Pricing studies and leads Service fee invoicing discussions with LATAM Operating Units (OUs) _- _Partners with Internal Control to attend Corporate Audit requirements, strengthen local Controls and build Control and Compliance culture_- _ Works with Sector and Local SME on Financial Reporting, Billing and Reporting standardization and improvement initiatives_- _ Champion of Continuous Improvement to streamline / automate current processes to reduce manual work_- _ Supports MBS Finance Lead in Accounting and Reporting projects_Qualifications:**Qualifications / Requirements**- _Education: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Administration_- _ +5 years of experience in the area of Financial Reporting, General Accounting,_- _ Ability to interact with Technical Accounting and Control Subject Matter Experts_- _ General knowledge of tax laws, contractual requirements_- _ Computer literacy: MS Office Intermediate to Advanced, SAP or similar ERP (strongly desired); HFM or similar Financial Reporting systems (preferred)_- _ Language: English intermediate to advanced level required,_If you have the profile that we are looking, send us your CV by this via, if it's possible that you can participate in this process we will contact you ASAP, if not we will keep your info in our base data for 6 months.**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo
