The objective is to constantly look and implement improvements to our product in order to increase Driver partners’ experience and engagement while they generate income day by day.Role Responsibilities:**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:- Build deep and product-driven insights and understanding of the ride-hailing business from a driver experience perspective while being data driven ALWAYS.- Data Analytics: data masters with Excel data processing and analyzing- Ensure collaboration with other teams across Latam and China to improve operational productivity & user experience.- Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, but this should be our strength.Role Qualifications:- Studying Engineering, Business Administration or related fields ideally to be graduated in 1 year- Experience or desire to learn how to use data-based decision-making, exercising good judgment in ambiguous circumstances, and effectively communicating across a diverse team- Strong Excel skills a must (SQL skills are highly appreciated)- Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.- Proven problem solving skills- Excellent organization and time management systems for yourself and your stakeholders- Clear Communicator - you are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly and highlight the key insights- Proficiency in English & Spanish.EEO Statement:**You'll love working at DiDi because**- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
