As Marketing Manager Jr, you will design and manage cross-category promotional strategies that improve sales and improve the positioning of participating brands. Your role will involve important collaboration with the commercial, marketing and operations teams to ensure the success of the campaigns. You will report to the Marketing Manager in charge.**Main Responsibilities**- Design promotional campaigns aligned with commercial goals (marketing and sales)- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities- Coordinate the execution of promotional campaigns, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met- Manage the development of promotional materials and their distribution- Evaluate promotion performance.- Work with sales teams to ensure promotions are aligned with brand strategy- Collaborate with product economics, brand, digital and commercial teams.- Control the budget assigned to campaigns and ensure that it remains within established limits**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related field.- 4+ years experience managing promotions and marketing campaigns.- Proficient English skills.- Excel (can perform complex functions) experience.- Power BI experience desirableBenefits included will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process, like medical benefits, life insurance and more.**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way: We partner with customers to create mutual value.
