**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a Azure Cloud Engineers to join our team in mexico city, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will help our customers by:- Understanding their requirements, explaining our ability to deliver and working with the sales team to write SOWs- Leading advisory consulting engagements to guide their cloud journey- Follow the project delivery, understand current and future needs and priorities- Advocating and educating our customers about the industry trends and best practices- Why the Role Is Important:Our Cloud Solution Architects are technical leaders in their craft. They bring deep experience and strategic insight spanning from Architecture, Design and Development Leadership to client facing solution skills which are the best in the industry. They take personal ownership of the technical envisioning, scope and sales pursuits.**Once You Are Here, You Will**:- Meet with clients to understand their Cloud IT needs (lead architect assessment meetings), and determine gaps between those and technical functionality, and collaborating with all stakeholders to generate mutually agreeable and advantageous solutions.- Explain complex technical topics in an understandable manner and gain consensus on project plans.- Finalize an implementation plan (roadmap) and provide input on generating a Statement of Work.- Play a key role between Sales and Delivery in ensuring a smooth project execution and successful implementation.- Participate in an active Agile team and lead the movement, including acting as a Product Owner representative working with the internal Delivery team.- Conducts AWS or Azure Well-Architected Reviews of the customer cloud environment- Work in Central Standard Time (CST)- Share customer feedback with staff and contribute to the overall sales strategy.**Basic Qualifications**- 3+ years of experience working in software and on Azure, AWS and/or GCP technologies- 3+ years of experience with DevOps technologies- 3+ years of technical sales experience**Preferred**:- AWS or Azure Solutions Certification- Kubernetes Certification (CKA or CKAD)- Experience with management of Cloud environment- Understanding of IT/ workflows in large enterprises- Knowledge of common databases- Understanding of modern programming languages- Ability to work remotely with mínimal travel (0 - 20% of the time) to meet with customers and to attend events relevant to the business including training, conferences and trade shows (post Covid-19 restrictions)**About NTT DATA Services****NTT DATA Services is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without regarding to race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, physical or mental disability, veteran or marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
