Sr. Product Manager, Partnerships

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:TelevisaUnivision is looking for a Senior Product Manager to grow and expand our user experiences and content, wherever our audience is, on whatever the platform they want. The Senior Product Manager will lead the vision, strategy, roadmap and implementation for integrations with dozens of partners. This position will play a key role in how our streaming platform, ViX, is enabled with all partners and experiences, delivering a high-quality experience to users. The person in this role will define requirements, balance the needs of partners, users, and the business, identify product opportunities, functional requirements, and define a long-term vision to optimize partner consumption.ABOUT YOU:This is a cross-functional role, collaborating across many of TelevisaUnivision’s teams and partners to ensure the success of the product for our users. Exceptional technical background and communication skills at all levels, including executive level, driving for alignment and teamwork, will be key.YOUR DAY-DAY:- Spearhead innovation on Partner Products, working cross functionally to continually develop world-class solutions that will drive the best user experience - wherever they are- Partner with engineering leads and 3rd parties to enable development; solve the problems however you can- Partner across the company to build a great user experience for our users when our content is provided to third party distributions- Work with Distribution Sales to define and scope the requirements for all partner deals for the VIX and VIX+ streaming platform- Understand competitor experiences about partner add-on channels, syndicated channels, carrier billing, user experiences, and ways others do these types of user experiences- Join negotiations with Distribution Sales to represent partner needs and scope / manage our experiences- Work with Product and Development to scope requirements into roadmap to meet partner and user experiences- Prioritize features, requirements, partner needs against value to the business and to our users- Work with data and analytics teams to analyze usage, increase engagement (time, usage), reduce churn, and drive business KPIs across all partner products- Be a ‘Force Multiplier’ for all of product, PMO, project management, and our partners- Identify, capture, and forecast key market/industry trends and translate into customer requirements/solutions- Be a utility infielder on all technical questions and solutions; part product leader, part architect, all superhero- Drive the VIX and VIX+ value, within abilities of partner products, to the VIX standard of ‘ wow’ing and delighting’ our users everywhereYOU HAVE:- Minimum of 7 years’ experience working on product teams.- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with partner products teams.- You are obsessed with architecture and are constantly pushing the boundaries for consumer experiences and how we build things- You love a good puzzle- You have experience launching, growing, and scaling media services domestically and internationally.- You are fearless in taking on issues, challenges, and people, striving for the best outcome for your customers and business.- You have experience with direct-to-consumer businesses.- You have a demonstrable track record of leading technical innovation from ideation through sustainable revenue growth.- You have the presence and experience necessary to influence and partner with senior level audiences and comfort with Boards and C-level executives.OUR BENEFITS:TelevisaUnivision believes that a happy, well-balanced employee is what makes our culture thrive.
